  • Cosmetic: Like New
  • Front Screen: No scratches (at a visible range)
  • Housing & Back Glass: No scratches (at a visible range)
  • Cracks or Chips: No Cracks or Chips anywhere
  • Testing: Fully tested & Graded
  • Functionality: No Functional Faults
  • Battery: 80%+ Guaranteed
  • In Case of Functional Issues: Replace or credit the difference between grades

Notes:

  • Grade B & C will have signs of normal wear and tear.
  • Light spot/White spot/Pressure point & muffles speaker (loud or earpiece) are not considered functional issues.
  • Light Spots/white spots or pressure points on iPhone 12 and below are normal and will not be covered for RMA under B & C grades.
  • Muffled Loudspeaker/mouth piece are normal on iPhone 12 & below and will not be covered for RMA under B & C grades.
