📦 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, faulty, or not working as described upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product does not match its listed condition or specification.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect purchase
  • Clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products showing physical damage not reported within 24 hours
  • Items that have been used, modified, or tampered with

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@anzclearancehouse.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return (with photos/videos if applicable)
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and assess eligibility.

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

🔄 Replacements or Store Credit

Depending on stock availability, you may choose:

  • A replacement item
  • A store credit voucher valid for 6 months
  • Or a full refund (if the issue cannot be resolved)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
  • For safety and proper tracking, we recommend using a trackable courier service.

🛡️ Warranty Support

All eligible refurbished items come with a limited 30-day warranty, covering functionality and major hardware issues. Extended warranties may apply if noted in the product listing.
